  TRX® Suspension Training
The TRX® Suspension Trainer is a revolutionary new piece of exercise equipment that is so effective and versatile it is taking over the fitness industry. The TRX® uses your body weight for the resistance load. This is a basic aspect of "Functional Fitness", a much healthier and more beneficial way to train your body than traditional weight lifting. A TRX® class can feature low impact strength training or high intensity interval training all in the same class. Any TRX® exercise can be instantly modified for more or less difficulty. This class will be taught in a group format with timed interval training. Space is limited to 10 people, so pre-registration is appreciated.

  Kettle Bell
Kettle Bells are tried and true fitness equipment that is making a comeback. Developed in Russia, the Kettle Bell is a unique instrument because although simple in design, it is a very versatile tool. Kettle Bell exercises are functional fitness by design, they incorporate multiple muscles often across multiple planes of the body. Core stability, strength, flexibility and cardio are all worked in a kettle bell workout. Check this class out, you won't be sorry.

    Boot Camp Circuit Training
An intense cardio/resistance training class utilizing equipment such as Kettle Bells, Suspension Systems, Bosu, Fitness and Medicine Balls.

   Cardio Hip Hop
Hip Hop Fitness is a great way to burn calories to amazing music. Think Zumba only with better music... Did I just say that? I did. I might regret that. But you won't regret coming to this class. You will burn a ton of calories and have a great time.

  Yoga
The physical practice we recognize as Yoga in the West is called Hatha Yoga. While there are many types of yoga this one is so popular because it tames our minds and body simultaneously. Both relaxing and challenging, a Hatha yoga practice will strengthen your entire being.
