Studio Thrive has teamed up with some amazing Personal Trainers and Nutritional experts to offer a revolutionary new program to our clients. The Integrated Fitness and Nutrition Program.
Everybody knows that the path to weight loss is all about diet and exercise combined. Easy to say, but proper nutrition is an in-depth study. What, when and how you eat are all important aspects of proper diet. These are difficult challenges for many of us, and we may just not know exactly what we should be doing in our diet. The what when and how of your workouts are also very important. It's not just how often you work out, it's the type of workout that also matters.
We created the Integrated Fitness and Nutrition Program in response to a number of conversations we have had with various clients. Essentially, everybody would like to have the benefit of a nutrition professional and personal trainer, but those services are simply unsustainable on most people's budgets. So we devised a program that would give all the benefits of a personal trainer and nutrition expert at a lower cost. We do this by substituting expensive personal training and nutrition sessions with group fitness and nutrition sessions. On this program, you will use the existing resources at the studio for the bulk of the exercise component and simply add a weekly nutrition class. We've also added some more classes to the schedule that are resistance based classes taught by personal trainers so you can change your workout up and have some face time with them every time you go to their class.
The Fitness and Nutrition Program has a minimal intake fee of $125.00. For this you will receive your Fitness and Nutrition Packet. a physical evaluation and a nutritional evaluation.
The Packet is a valuable tool you and your trainers will use to evaluate your current fitness and nutritional condition and chart a path to better health. The packet contains:
- A detailed questionnaire to assess your current condition and issues.
- A place to record your measurements and fitness tests.
- Valuable tips to help you achieve your goals.
- A system to help you on a path to greater health.
The fitness assessment is a one-on-one session with a personal trainer. After your assessment you will have:
- A detailed profile of where you are at right now.
- A goal of where you want to be
- A plan for how to achieve your goal.
The nutritional assessment is a one-on-one session with a nutritional therapist. After the nutrition evaluation you will have:
- A snapshot of your current diet on which you will base your improvements.
- A better idea of what your dietary problems are.
- Tools to help you monitor your diet.
- A meal plan that will help you diet and lose weight healthily.
After your initial intake and completion of your booklet you will have a solid plan from which you will work. Further evaluations are available at the studio with the personal trainer or nutritional therapist for just $50.00 per session. You can do these as often as you like. Whenever you feel you need a re-evaluation our trainers are here to help.
