Lewi Gault is a Personal Trainer from Scotland, specializing in Kettle Bells. Coming from a background in Mixed Martial Arts, Lewi has always tried to be at the forefront of the fitness industry, using unique training methods including Kettle Bells, Suspension Training & Bulgarian Sandbags. He is a firm believer in taking fitness back to basics, and encouraging the human body to work completely in unison to achieve its full potential.
